About Starblast Beauty Alchemist Complexion Toner

Sweet blend of hibiscus flower, licorice root and niacinamide (Vitamin B3) to improve and brighten complexion.  Formulated with 5% niacinamide to improve pore appearance and repair skin barrier.  Niacinamide inhibits excess melanin production (hyperpigmentation) which results in more even skin tone post breakouts.  Suitable for all skin types.

Instructions: Apply with cotton pad or dispense into palms and gently apply into skin until fully absorbed. Good for morning and nighttime use, after cleansing and before moisturizer. ☀ ☾
